Guide to Alentejo Certified Restaurants

The Guide to Alentejo Certified Restaurants is a pioneerproject launched by the Regional Tourism Office to promotethe 84 restaurants that have achieved the Seal of Certification.This distinction resulted from an evaluation of Alentejo cuisineinspired by centuries-old recipes and the use of endogenousproducts, excellence of the service and the carefully presentedpremises, menus and wine lists.

This Guide shows us traditional, typical, informal and contemporary restaurants that have one common aim: that ofpreserving the art and flavours of Alentejo.
